Easy Spinach Dip // My Table of Three

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 ounces of Sour Cream
  • 12 ounces of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 ounces of Real Mayo
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 can of sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 packet of Knorr Vegstable Soup Mix

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Thaw the frozen spinach and remove all the excess water from the spinach. Set aside.
  2. Chop the green onions and the water chestnuts into bite-size pieces and add them to a large bowl.
  3. Add in the sour cream, mayo, Knorr Mix, and spinach.
  4. Mix thoroughly until it is all combined, then cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
