  Chicken Tortilla Soup 2 chicken breasts 4 cups chicken broth 1 can Rotel tomatoes Black Beans drained and rinsed 1 can whole kernel corn ½ onion diced Cook the chicken and onion in the chicken broth. Once chicken is cooked, shred. Add tomatoes, corn, and black beans. Simmer on low. I cooked mine in the crockpot for 4 hours on high. Cabbage, Potato, and Kielbasa Skillet 1 kielbasa 2 cans of seasoned cabbage 2 potatoes diced Cook cut up kielbasa in a little oil. Once cooked, remove and cook the potatoes in the skillet until fork tender. Add the kielbasa and cabbage and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Chicken Gumbo 2 chicken breasts diced 1 cup of rice uncooked ½ onion diced 1 green pepper diced 2 cups chicken broth 1 can diced tomatoes Frozen okra Prepare rice according to directions.   Cheeseburger Sliders Recipe: Cheeseburger Sliders 1 lb ground beef 12 Hawaiian Rolls 1 (8oz)package (12) slices thin sharp cheddar 1/2 packet Lipton Onion soup Mix 1/4 cup mayo 2 Tbsp Ketchup 3 Tbsp butter 2-3 splashes worcestershire sauce Garlic Salt Onion Powder Sesame Seeds Brown Ground beef and add seasonings. Stir in mayo and ketchup. Slice rolls in half and place on foil lined baking sheet. Melt together butter, worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and onion powder. Place ground beef mixture on top of rolls. Add cheddar cheese. Brush with butter mixture. Add tops of slider. Brush again with butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Wrap tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Optional - Serve with pickles, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, etc!  Pizza Egg Bake Ingredients: 12 eggs, room temperature 1/2 Tbs Italian Seasoning 1 C shredded Mozzarella cheese (1/2 c for egg blend and 1/2c for topping) 1/2 c shredded or diced small turkey pepperoni 1/4 c milk Directions: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9 x 9 baking dish Break 12 raw room temperature into a medium-large mixing bowl. Whisk until all yokes are broken or break them with a fork then whisk lightly Add milk, seasonings, cheese and pepperoni and whisk until all ingredients are well incorporated Pour this into the well-greased baking dish and place in the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and check to make sure it is mostly cooked by poking with a knife in the middle. If the knife comes out mostly clean, add the remaining shredded cheese onto the top and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until knife in the center comes out completely clean of any egg mixture.   Crunchy French Toast Sticks INGREDIENTS    6   large   eggs ½   cup   half and half 1   Tbsp   vanilla extract ½   cup   sugar 1   tsp   cinnamon 1 ½   cups   bread crumbs 1 ½   cups   sweetened cereal, crushed to fine crumbs 2   Tbsp   salted butter, melted 12   slices   bread, cut into 3 strips INSTRUCTIONS   Crack the eggs into a shallow dish, like a pie plate. Add the half-and-half, vanilla, ¼ cup sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Whisk lightly until combined; set aside.
