 Cheeseburger Sliders Recipe:

Cheeseburger Sliders 1 lb ground beef 12 Hawaiian Rolls 1 (8oz)package (12) slices thin sharp cheddar 1/2 packet Lipton Onion soup Mix 1/4 cup mayo 2 Tbsp Ketchup 3 Tbsp butter 2-3 splashes worcestershire sauce Garlic Salt Onion Powder Sesame Seeds Brown Ground beef and add seasonings. Stir in mayo and ketchup. Slice rolls in half and place on foil lined baking sheet. Melt together butter, worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and onion powder. Place ground beef mixture on top of rolls. Add cheddar cheese. Brush with butter mixture. Add tops of slider. Brush again with butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Wrap tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Optional - Serve with pickles, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, etc! Taco Spaghetti Recipe: TACO SPAGHETTI RECIPE: -1 lb. Ground Beef -1 tsp Minced Garlic -1 packet Taco Seasoning -2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce -8 oz. Tomato Sauce -10 oz. can of Rotel -big spoonful of Sour Cream -8 oz. Velveeta Melting Cheese -8 oz. Spaghetti Noodles ***Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and set aside. Meanwhile, in a large pot. brown Ground Beef. Drain the grease and return to the stove top. Add minced garlic, taco seasoning, worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and rotel. simmer about 5 minutes until mixture thickens. then add in sour cream and velveeta cheese. cook on low until cheese is completely melted. One Pot Chili Mac 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 8 oz ground beef 1 carton Chicken broth 1 (14.6 oz) can petite diced tomatoes 1 can pinto beans (draining optional) 1 can white cannellini beans (draining optional) 3 TSP chili powder 1.5 TSP Cumin Salt & Pepper to Taste 2 cups elbow noodles 1.5 cups sharp cheddar chopped fresh parsley Directions- Heat olive oil in large pot or dutch oven. Add onion, garlic, and ground beef and cook until browned. Drain fat. Add broth, tomatoes, beans, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer. Add pasta. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is al-dente. (You may need to add more broth or water.) When pasta is cooked, stir in 1 cup of cheddar. Add remaining cheddar on top and top with parsley.

  • 1 lb. Macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 c. crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 c. freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 2 c. grated mozzarella, divided

Directions

    1. Step 1Bring an 8-quart stock pot of water to a boil and generously season with salt. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and return to pot.
    2. Step 2Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef, breaking up meat with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper, then drain fat. Add garlic and onions and cook until softened, 2 minutes, then add brown sugar, tomatoes, Worcestershire, and chili powder and simmer, 10 minutes.
    3. Step 3Drain pasta and add to skillet over low heat. Stir in parsley and half the mozzarella, then quickly toss together to evenly coat pasta. Top with remaining mozzarella and cover with lid to melt cheese.
    4. Step 4Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 green bell peppers, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 ½ cups long grain rice
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees and spray a 9"x 13" casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large skillet (with high sides) over medium-high heat, add ground beef, diced green peppers and onion. Cook and crumble the ground beef until no longer pink and the peppers and onions are soft. Turn off heat.
  • Drain excess grease from meat and put back into the skillet. Add in minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, tomato paste and diced tomatoes, beef broth and uncooked rice.
  • Stir this mixture really well and place into prepared baking dish.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and put into preheated oven. Bake for about an hour. Stir the mixture halfway through to ensure all the rice gets evenly cooked. Casserole is done once the rice is completely cooked and soft.
  • Remove the casserole and top with shredded cheese. Place back into the oven for about 5-7 minutes for the cheese to get completely melted.
  • Then serve!
