Easy Teriyaki Chicken (Becky Acre Homestead)
Ingredients
2 pounds of chicken thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
2 teaspoons Korean Red Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru) (optional, but OH SO GOOD)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400
Place chicken and all marinade ingredients into a zip lock bag
Marinate for 3-4 hours
Place chicken and sauce into a 9 by 13-inch Pyrex dish
Bake until chicken thighs are easily shreddable with two forks—about 30-40 mins
