Ingredients
- 12 English muffins
- 12 sausage patties
- 12 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk or heavy cream
- 12 slices cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Assembly instructions:
- Fry the breakfast sausage patties in a skillet until cooked through. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 325° and grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 24 minutes or until set.
- Cut the eggs into 12 squares.
- Layer a sausage patty, egg square, and one slice of cheese between two English muffin slices. Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and place them in a resealable freezer bag.
- Store the sandwiches in the freezer.
Serving instructions:
- When ready to serve, remove the sandwich from the plastic wrap and place it on a paper towel. Heat in the microwave until warmed through.
