Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs (Becky at Acre Homestead)

 

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • 1/4 cup stone-ground mustard 

  • 1/4 cup honey 

  • 1/4 cup olive oil  

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced 

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper 

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 

  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano 

  • pinch of red pepper flakes (optional but I would op to)

Directions

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees 

  2. Add chicken and all of the marinade ingredients into the bag

  3. marinate for 3-4 hours

  4. Place chicken in a 9 by 13-inch Pyrex dish

  5. Bake for 25-35 min
