Mock Smoky Tuna Dip // Inspired by: Hardnack Farms
I changed this up but used her dip as inspiration.
1 can smoked salmon (drained)
2- 8 oz block cream cheese (softened)
1 tspn liquid smoke
1/2 tspn garlic powder
1/2 tspn smoked paprika
combine the salmon, spices and liquid smoke and mix well. Add to the softened cream cheese until fully mixed then place in fridge to firm up for like 30 minutes. Remove and form into a ball then roll in cheese crackers.
