Nutella fudge

 Nutella Fudge

1 and a half sticks (3/4 cup) butter (I used unsalted) 3 cups sugar 2/3 cup of Evaporated Milk (be sure it is Evaporated NOT Sweetened Condensed) 16 ounces Nutella 7 ounces Marshmallow Creme (Fluff) 1 teaspoon vanilla Heat the butter, sugar and evaporated milk to a rapid boil. Once it has reached a boil, continue boiling until it reaches 234 degrees (soft ball stage) on a candy thermometer. If you do not have a candy thermometer, once it reaches a rapid boil continue boiling approximately 4 to 5 minutes and it should be around 234 degrees. Once you have reached the correct temperature, remove from heat, stir in the Nutella and marshmallow creme, stirring until they have completely melted and blended together. Then add the teaspoon of vanilla and stir thoroughly to incorporate. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan that has been buttered or has parchment paper lining it. Place in the refrigerator for approximately 3 hours to chill.
