Reuben Dip
8 oz of soften cream cheese 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp sour cream 1/2 cup thousand island dressing 1 3/4 cup swiss cheese 4 oz cooked corned beef or pastrami MIX ALL TOGETHER AND PLACE IN A BAKING PIE DISH 1/2 cup drained, squeezed dried Sauertkraut SPREAD ON TOP OF DIP LAYER 1/4 CUP OF SWISS CHEESE BAKE FOR 20 MINS AT 400 Thousand Island Dressing 1 cup of mayo 1/4 cup minced onion 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp smoked or sweet paprika 1/4 tsp salt MIX ALL TOGETHER AND ENJOY!
