French Onion Chicken recipe:
3 pounds boneless chicken tenders
1 can French onion soup
1 cup French fried onions
seasoning for the chicken, I used McCormick Garlic and Herb
Swiss cheese, optional
Directions:
Turn instant pot onto the sauté setting and add two tablespoons oil. Season the chicken and add cook for a couple of minutes on sauté to brown it. Add the soup and fried onions. Cover, seal, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. When cook time it up quick release the pressure. Add the cheese to the top and cover just to let the cheese melt. Top with extra French fried onions.
Creamed Corn Recipe
Ingredients:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup whole milk
4 cups whole kernel frozen corn
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in flour and cook for about 2-3 mins.
Stir in milk until combined with the flour mixture.
Cook the milk and flour mixture on medium heat until the milk begins to thicken, 5-10 minutes.
Once the milk has thickened then stir in the corn, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir every few minutes. Cook corn for 10 mins, until corn is no longer frozen.
Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
