Italian Spaghetti Squash Recipe:
1 large spaghetti squash, cut in half and cleaned out 1 pound of ground beef or Italian Sausage 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 medium onion, sliced 4 cups of spaghetti sauce 2 to 3 teaspoons of your favorite Italian seasoning 2 cups of Italian Blend Cheese 1. Season your ground beef with Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Drain off any excess fat or drippings. 2. After cleaning the seeds out of the Spaghetti Squash drizzle it with Olive Oil and sprinkle more Italian seasoning on the flesh. 3, Roast until tender at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not cook it until it is mushy but you want it tender. Use a fork to scrape out the "noodles". 4, Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and slice them along with the onion. Sautee them until they are soft. 5. After all the ingredients are prepared add them to a large bowl and add the spaghetti sauce. Mix well and taste it and adjust seasoning as needed. 6. Add half the mixture to the casserole dish and top it with one cup of cheese. Cover the cheese with the remaining squash mixture and top with cheese. 7. Bake for 40 minutes covered with foil, and then 10 to 15 minutes uncovered. 8. Let this casserole sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
