1 box lemon cake mix with pudding 1 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 3/4 c Lime juice 1/2 c water 1 tsp grated Lime zest 2 cups whipping cream 1/2 cup powdered sugar Preheat oven to 350° Combine cake mix, oil, water,1/2c line juice, and Lime zest. Spoon I nto prepared muffin pans. Bake for 19 to 23 minutes. cool completely. Beat cream powdered sugar and Lime juice to make Whipped cream. top cupcakes with a dollop of Whipped Icing
