Roast Beef with Gravy over Crispy Garlic Toast with Cabbage and Kale

 Ingredients:

2 cans (total of 24 oz) Roast Beef in Beef Broth {I used Great Value brand} Add salt, pepper and any other seasonings to the roast beef and broth BEFORE it comes to a boil and stir to meld together.

1 cup cool water mixed with 1 Tbs corn starch in a slurry added to the pan after the roast beef and broth has come to a boil.

While waiting for the roast beef and broth to come to a boil, make your crispy garlic bread *I had left-over crispy garlic bread in my refrigerator.

Once the gravy is as thick as you would like , turn the beef and gravy off.

Place 1-2 pieces of crispy bread in the bottom of a bowl. Heat up your choice of vegetable (I used home-canned cabbage and kale). Place 1/2 cup of vegetables over the toast then spoon 1/2 - 1 C of the raost beef and gravy on top. Serve hot

**Veggies can be served on the side if you would rather not have it mixed all together**
