Seafood Cheese Dip Balls // ME

 1 softened 8 oz brick of cream cheese

1/2 C shredded Mexican style cheese blend (OR shredded pepper jack cheese)
1 tsp hot sauce (I make my own green pepper sauce)
1  5 oz can lobster meat (or use 10 oz crab meat) - drained
1  5 oz can crab meat (Unless you do not use the lobster, then just the 10 oz of crab) - drained
 approx 1/3 c cooked shrimp, shredded or minced (or 1 small can shrimp - drained)

Mix all above ingredients until well blended, form into balls 
Crush the doritoes into almost dust and roll the cheese balls in them until completely covered. Put in fridge covered for a minimum of 20 minutes. Serve with buttery round (Ritz-type) crackers or whatevery you want.
