Ingredients

  • 14 oz canned sauerkraut

  • 2 Tbsp Russian dressing or Thousand Island, plus more for dipping

  • ½ tsp caraway seeds, optional

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls

  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

  • ½ lb deli corned beef, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 & ½ Tbsp dried onion soup mix

  • ½ tsp poppy seeds

  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish, optional

Hot Italian Sub Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls

  • 1-2 lbs of deli meats (I used ham, and different salamis)

  • 6-8 slices provolone cheese

  • sliced banana peppers

  • roasted red peppers (I didn’t use them this time, but they would be great)

  • any other toppings you’d like!

  • 1/2 stick butter

  • Italian seasoning or Mr. Stick’s Steakhouse Herb and Garlic seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard

    • Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

    • Cut rolls in half and remove tops and set aside.

    • Melt butter and add Italian seasoning or Mr. Sticks to taste, also add dijon mustard. Stir to combine.

    • Brush 1/3 of butter mixture on bottom half of rolls.

    • Layer meats and then top with cheese and any other toppings (peppers, etc)

    • Place top half of rolls back on top and brush with remaining butter mixture.

    • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls, 12 count

  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing

  • 1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Ham and Swiss Sliders

ngredients

  • 1 package (12 ounces) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1/2 cup horseradish sauce
  • 3/4 pound sliced deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Without separating rolls, cut rolls in half horizontally; arrange bottom halves of rolls in a greased 9x9-in. baking pan. Spread cut side of roll bottoms with horseradish sauce. Layer with ham and cheese; replace tops.
  2. In a small skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 1-2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over rolls. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°. Remove rolls from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, covered, 25 minutes. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, 5-10 minutes longer.

  • This is a standout prep-ahead recipe. Make it the day before and then bake it off!
