 Deep Fried Milk Recipe // Pike Creek Farm

1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 3 cups milk 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel 2 eggs, well beaten 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs and fruity pebble Vegetable oil Powdered sugar, if desired mix granulated sugar, cornstarch and nutmeg in 3-quart saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in butter and lemon peel. Spread evenly in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Refrigerate uncovered at least 3 hours until firm. Cut custard into 2-inch squares, using wet knife. Dip custard squares into eggs, then coat with crumbs. Heat oil (1 to 1/2 inches) to 360°F; fry 2 or 3 squares at a time in oil 1 to 2 minutes or until light brown; drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

2 lbs.thinly sliced round steak sliced into a butterfly cut You can add prosciutto or any other meat on this as well Smoked or regular Mozzarella 1 c italian bread crumbs 2 cloves minced garlic 2 tbls fresh parsley 2 tbls fresh basil Asparagus spears 1/4 c parmesan cheese 2 tsp italian seasoning 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 6 tbls water 2 tbls olive oil Marinara sauce is optional Tenderize meat, season both sides with salt & pepper. Brown meat in olive oil on all sides. Combine bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and basil in a bowl. Slowly add water to mixture to make a stuffing like texture. Line meat with mozzarella cheese, stuffing mix and top with asparagus. Top with some more cheese if you want! Roll meat and tie it with baking twine and grill or bake for about 40 mins at 350 degrees. Let the meat rest before cutting and then cut into pin wheels and enjoy!

Coyote Droppings Recipe (Caramelized Cheetos) LeeAnn // Inquisitive Farmwife Ingredients: 2c. Brown Sugar 1c. Butter 1/4 c. White Corn Syrup 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda 15 oz. Cheetos (puffs) Directions: 1. Put Cheetos puffs in LARGE bowl. (Butter a large cookie sheet (10x15 or larger). Baking in a roaster so they don't fly everywhere when stirring them work much better. 2.Bring sugar, butter and syrup to a boil, boil and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda, spread out as much as you can. Bake 1 hr at 250*, stirring every 15 minutes. Pour out onto waxed paper, parchment, or freezer paper. Quickly separate Caramelized Cheetos. Store in a large ziplock bags. Inspiration for my recipe came from many different recipes searched online!
