STROGANOFF
Brown 1lb ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, and umami seasoning. Drain excess grease. Add 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce & minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add 1 cup of beef broth, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of water, and 4 cups of egg noodles. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and cover. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until egg noodles are done. Stir in 1/2 to 1 cup sour cream. 1 pound ground beef or lamb
1 onion, diced
2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
3 stalks of celery, diced
2 lbs baby gold potatoes, halved
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
32 ounces of beef broth
46 ounces tomato juice (last time I did 32 oz and it was fine)
1 can corn, drained
1 can peas, drained
salt and pepper (to taste)
Cook ground meat with salt and pepper. Drain off grease and add meat to slow cooker. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the can of corn and a can of peas. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. 10 minutes before serving add corn and peas.
GRAPE JELLY & CHILI SAUCE MEATBALLS
1.5 lbs frozen meatballs
½ jar of grape jelly or pepper jelly (15 oz)
1 bottle of chili sauce (12oz)
Mix all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
ONE-POT BEEFY TACO RICE (Adapted from this recipe )
1lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
1 can Rotel, drained
2 boxes Mexican Style Rice-a-Roni
½ stick (4Tbsp) Butter
32 oz beef broth
1.5 cups Mexican Blend Cheese
Brown ground beef over medium heat. When the meat is halfway done cooking add onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Continue cooking until the meat is done. Add Rotel, 2 boxes of rice and the seasoning, and the butter. Let cook stirring often until the butter is melted. Once the butter is melted add beef broth. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Let simmer for 15 min or until rice is tender. Turn off the heat. Cover with cheese and let melt for 5 minutes.
MARRY ME CHICKEN TORTELLINI (From Tiktok )
1lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
Toss chicken in flour and seasonings.
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp minced garlic
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp thyme
Sprinkle red pepper flakes
19 oz cheese tortellini
Heat oil and butter over medium heat. Once hot add chicken. Cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan and add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Let cook for 30 seconds. Add broth and cream and bring to a simmer. Once simmering add parmesan cheese and seasonings. Once the cheese is melted add tortellini and stir well. Cover and let the tortellini cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add the chicken back in. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes and sauce will thicken up.
TUNA CASSEROLE
8oz cooked and drained egg noodles
2 cans of drained tuna
1 can cream of chicken
Milk (enough to fill the cream of the chicken can)
2 cups cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
